I managed to totally fuck up my install beyond repair; lasted 2 years on that one and 4 Years on the prior. I will definitely be upgrading to 7 64bit when it arrives @ retail.

Good news, however I see one issue that would stop me from purchasing.

It's the ability to remap the mutes w/o max for live... I use midi mutes, not channel mutes. Oh well.

For that price range I'd go with something that has a lower response time (2ms), HDMI, and has full HD support...
