I think the documentation stated to put the libsndfile library into a specific location. That could be the problem. Also try loading the sample into it from your main hard drive. I no longer have a Mac to test it on anymore so there isn't much more help that I could provide.

TTP only works as an instrument and not as an effect so make sure you are dropping it into a midi track. I tried the latest version just now and it works. Make sure you have the latest version from http://www.bioroid.com

I did try it in Live. I wrote those steps as I did them. What version of Live are you using? I am using 2.1.2. Also sounds like you are on a a Mac. I am on a PC and this works fine. I haven't tried this on a Mac but I could tonight.

I think you can use all 4 inputs at once because two stereo inputs (analog and digital) show up in Live. I don't have any way to test 4 inputs but they should work.
