Re: get rid of video window's gray title bar?
this is great! specifically though, i need to get rid the title bar of live's built-in video window (i.e. the one that opens when you have a video in the arrangement and click "View>Video Window" or cmd-opt-v on mac).
does the api offer a path to live's built-in video window?

get rid of video window's gray title bar?
is it possible to change the appearance of the video window using max for live or the live api? i'm spanning a 12x3 video across three external 4x3 monitors and the only thing keeping it all from looking fullscreened is the gray title bar (and its execrable red x). (fyi: double clicking the window f...

"Video From/To" Choosers + Video Effects/Clip Controls!
1. New "Video From" chooser in Audio Tracks, with a conditional "Arm" control for video (which implies the ability to capture video direct to tracks). Note: "Audio From" choosers could be set to capture from audio or video sources 2. New conditional Video (V) tab in Cli...

i just think it would be cool to have a piano roll to notation switch similar to the arrange to session switch... how hard would it be for ableton to implement this? imagine this: a midi track in clip view.. a mary had a little lamb melody... it looks like little blocks on a grid... now you hit a bu...

there are a lot of things in live that i don't use, but don't mind them being there for other people... why try to shut out something that the industry as a whole is moving towards (logic, cubase, now pro tools)? a lot of ableton users would benefit this. also, i find it hard to believe that ableton...

a simple convolution plugin would be great... but a dynamic one would probably crush your cpu (e.g. focusrite's liquid mix does all the processing onboard -- no cpu load), also, i don't know how useful that would be to most people... doesn't that take tons of crazy equipment to accurately capture a ...

mr. ergonomics: same could be said of most things in ableton, but I still choose to, for example, mix and sometimes master in ableton... anyway, i'm really just talking about a really simple piano roll/midi to score/notation functionality.. so I can get my string players to try my synth parts... As ...

Track colors! Arrangement crossfades! Multi-select actions!
...shift or cmd click multiple tracks/items and perform the same action for all selected items (e.g. routing a drum (or any) submix with one selection as opposed to having to do it for each individual mic/track, changing multiple faders at once, etc.). Please!!!!
