Oh, and I take little credit for this. The user "ring (Simon Slowik)" created all of the Live API stuff which really is the more complicated part, so really all I have done is add a note filter and used the note on/off velocity to turn a parameter on or off!

Just so we understand each other, we're only triggering the repeat function while the pad is being held down? Because that's what I'm looking for. As it stands right now. I hit the pad and the repeat function turns on, I hit it again and it turns of. I just simply want it to turn off when I release ...

Hi all,

I have an Akai MPK49 and am currently setting up a project file for playing out. My hang up at this moment is with MIDI routing to beat repeat. Right now, I'm trying to route my APK49's pads to beat repeats "repeat" function in a fashion that it's enabled only when the pad is held down ...
