Hello, is there a way to bypass the "A" shortcut Live10 new automation toggle ON/OFF ?
It's really killing the workflow. I used to make every editing really quick now I have to touch this "A" key all of the time even for a simple boundary fade...

Re: AU plugin missing at startup.
Okay Solved.
It seems all "automap" au plugins are coming handy with "novation automap system".
Reinstalling automap and specifying wich plugin to include into the automap thing did the trick.

AU plugin missing at startup.
This is a new for me : At startup for some sessions Live shows : "Some plug-ins could not be loaded and are disabled. Please see below for details." "AUGraphicEQ (automap)." I've been searching manually how to find it or even how to reinstall it and i just can't find it anywhere. ...

Freeze Behavior and Sampling frequencies...
Hi all, here's my latest interrogation concerning frozen tracks. When you freeze a track it can take a while since it is recording a temporary waveform with all effexes of the track to "lighten up" the way plugins weights on the CPU. So as i understand it, you guarantee Live you(re just go...

Re: Looping single "drone" note ???
Thank you Chapelier Fou (toujours sur la balle hein !) Well I meant a real "live" loop (like a loopstation but in midi with single note), without needing to touch the loop braces. It seems that when getting out of the loop and that it plays the 1st pass the "note on" from my keyb...

Looping single "drone" note ???
Hi all, I've been trying to do something apparently quite simple in session view. Starting a drone single note in midi, then hit the "record in the cell" to start a clip with global settings set on 4 bars. Then hit the record again so it does loop my midi note for the whole length of the c...

Re: A proper, detatchable mixer (channel strips etc.)
Personnaly I don't need floating mixer, I hate it how it always seems to get in the way. The mixing section in arrangement or session seems to work fine for me, especially since I use midi controllers to mix. I must admit that some peakmeter saying what is the headroom could be of some use in arrang...

Re: Finding an Ableton live set folder from a .wav sample
The .als file is your session, mix and edits, if it is lost it is lost. the .asd files are just associated with soundfiles (in this case .wav) and are used mainly for visualisations, it isn't really useful, and if you erase them, Live recreates them with the opening of the session or with imports. I...

Re: Realtime Bouncing
Real-Time Rendering Normally, rendering happens as an offline process. But if your set contains an External Audio Effect (page 316) or External Instrument (page 401) that routes to a hardware effects device or synthesizer, the rendering process is a bit different. In this case, rendering the master ...
