Theoretically you could maybe sync three but there shouldn't be a second of lag as long set it up properly.

Why do you need a redundant computer? If your running midi through the one to the other if something freezes they are both fucked. If anything why don't you try splitting your drums and bass on synths and effects on the other.

Im telling you they are having one hell of a fucking time making this thing 64-bit. I just got one and I love it. Crazy firewire routing options, analog summing and for the price you can't beat it.

I want to be able to at 16 tracks and not have to change the input on each on individually. Better track organization. also double monitor 64 bit> I do think Ableton LIve routing features fail in comparison to Logic, DP, Pro tools
