I think you hit RECALL on the Axiom, then use the + button until it says P18. Then wait a second and you should be good to go. You need to enable them in Live's preferences. They are disabled initially which saves CPU.

Also remember that the A/B switch on the front of the fast track has to be on B to get your headphones on the 3/4 channels.

Enigma's not really necessary with Live's sophisticated midi learn... just load preset 18 or 19 and go to town.

You could put a Scale, Arp or whatever onto the MIDI channel. Then assign a knob/button/thingy to turn these devices on or off. Or do something similar with racks. Quarter tones fall in between the notes on a conventionally tuned keyboard and I don't think Scale or Arp or whatever lets you do that.
