I have created several folders in my user library and sorted all of my effects, synths, etc and then added those to my collections. So my collections have folders. Everything is easy to use on my Mac.

But when I try to browse with Push 3, the folders do not show up in my Push 3 and in many cases ...

I really do not understand why this is not a solved issue either. I ended up getting a Novation SL MK3 but the system for setting up templates is clunky. That said, this is the only method I have used that allows me to label things with clear text.

One hack that may not get you fully to where you want to be but could at least render a functional wave file:

Open a new audio track & just pick resampling as input & record the track there

If you install 11.1, do VSTs (1, 2, or 3) work regardless of whether they are M1 Silicon native or only if the latter?

What I tend to do is leave everything on all the time basically & when I restart my Mac, I have to turn off and back on 2 devices - Elektron A4 & Digitone (Rytm seems to always show up). That then makes those 2 show up in my list.

Then I uncheck SH-01A, JU-06A, and TB-03 boutiques as they are ...

I would like to be able to create arrangement view presets with markers at the top already placed with names on them.

That way when you switch from Session to Arrangement mode, with a quick preset you can have several options (really just guidelines) for laying out tracks.

One of the issues at this stage is with all of the new hardware devices going to USB Audio/MIDI, for ex, Roland Boutiques & Elektrons, it seems to be a standard format.

I use Mojave and Ableton Live 11 - updated to the most recent non-beta version - and have noticed with both 10 & 11 that I always have to restart my iMac Pro to get it to work. If my desktop has been opened for the day, I cannot get it to work without restarting.
