Ableton Forum

I just saw that the Control-PlugIns (Mackie, ProjectMix I/O etc.) are written in Python. It would be nice if Ableton would publish those APIs so that one could add features or write own plugins.

It would be nice if the Yamaha 01X would be supported as controller (I know it works now in "some" way - but not to it's full capabilities).

I just bought the Live5 upgrade... I want to buy new Ableton T-Shirt (like every other time I upgraded)

I just discovered it the other day. You have to install the Developer Tools from the MacOS X 10.4 Install DVD and than look for the application "Quartz Composer" under /Developer/Applications/Graphics Tools/.

This thing is marvelous - think Apple Motion for Geeks ;-) - it has even MidiClock ...

Yes! Ableton did it again. It's nice to nee that a company can still suprise it's customers with products that offer more then there was to hope for.

I want to use Live3 as Midisync master to sync my Doepfer Regelwerk sequenzer and a TR-606 connected to the DIN sync port of the Regelwerk.

Everything works find when using Cubase SX2 as Midiclock master, but when using Live3 the Regelwerk make some pauses/stutter and the TR-606 too.
