Why don't you try the two Instrument Ins for the Volca outs? At low gain settings they should work ok.

It's really sad that live still does not have full midi support. In this part it still feels like a beta version :-) It has all this fancy audio stuff I love and with m4l there is even a programming environment included.

I would like to use more than one Midi channel from a VSTi. Live should use/keep the channel information an not merge all midi channels inside a midi track to channel one.

The problem was there with Live 8. The actual state of Maschine is not saved with the Live project. But with Live 9 it seems to be much worse. On my first Live 9 projects Maschine is completely empty after saving and then reloading the Live 9 project on the next day. In Live 8 there maybe was the ...
