Is this controller/soundcard just really not good for ableton?

Problems setting up external soundcard. Numark Mixtrack Pro
Hello, I am trying to set up the Newmark Mixtrack Pro as a soundcard with Ableton.
What I want to do is be able to use the headphones for cue and speakers for master.
I have it set as my 'output device' in settings - the only options are 'speakers, mixtrack pro wave' and speakers mixtrack pro dx ...

my crossfader is inverted, I mean, if I go to the right in the midi controller (mixtrack pro), in ableton the fader goes to the left. Do anyone knows what's the problem and how can I fix it?
