Thanks for the feedback, glad you like the tune. I use mostly the Ableton plug ins (I have Operator and Sampler, but I don't think I used Sampler in this tune), and Zebra CM. I also sometimes use the Apple AU Graphic EQ. I use compressors quite a lot, but I don't have a sidechain compressor. I used ...

I can't test this, since my mac is in repair now, but I think when you see some value like 89.7 in the value box when dragging the tempo in master tempo track, you can just click it once and type in an exact value. I'm quite sure it works, but if not, then I remember wrong.

No feedback anyone? I'd be interested to hear what you think, because as mentioned above, I don't really usually make this kind of music, so I would be interested to get tips/feedback from those of you who do....

I've got an Axiom 25, it's pretty cool, there seems to be a general consensus on this forum that M-AUDIO stuff is a bit shoddy but my controller works OK (I don't think I've had it more than 6 months though). When it was new there seemed to be a screw rattling around inside rather worryingly, but it...

as forge mentioned, 0% width on Utility is your friend, but if you just want to render your audio as mono then in the "render to disk" options there is a mono option...

First hard house/dance/bangin' kind of tune- feedback please

I thought I would have a go at making some kind of hard house type music, not really sure what genre this is, because I don't listen to much of that kind of music, being more of an obscure electronica/DnB person, but it is of the bangin' 4/4 kick on every beat persuasion. Please let me know what you...

1-10 on my current computer (which I've had for about 6 months). I thought I had more than that, but to my surprise I realized I do actually end up finishing a lot of things.

I have the matte one and I am very happy with it, although, fair play, when it is in direct light it is still really hard to see anything.
Don't know about glossy, but I have absolutely no problem with normal...

Look at sheet music, like the hymnal in church, there are the # and flats on the staff on the very left edge, those tell the organ player what key the piece is in, which notes are sharp and flat. 99% of the notes in the music do not have # or flats added next to them, they don't deviate from there....
