the operating sys is win xp, service pack 2

someone else has suggested the sample rate issue, but doesn't sound forge & live just have standard sample rates straight outta the box - is it 44kHz, 16 Bit or something like that? have never played around with those ...

please please help!

i am getting serious spikes/clicks during the recording of vinyls through my sound card - anyone else had similar problems?
