YES! For me too — Live always takes 5-10 minutes to start. This is on a four-month-old Macbook Pro. Live worked great from September until last week, and now it's unbelievably slow to start. Nothing fancy in the default set, nothing changed about the audio gear. Ideas?

so frustrated. i had to force quit to get an error report. does anyone know what this gibberish means?

Hi, I recently purchased a new macbook and Ableton 8. Today I've been having problems loading the software. It gets stuck on initializing software for about 10 minutes and once it finally loads, Live docent recognize my midi controller.
