Make sure to load razor in reaktor fx on an audio track. How do you mean "on an audio track"? cfr most likely means to make sure that Reaktor FX is not loaded on a MIDI track (but is used as audio effect on an audio track) The example in NI's Knowledge Base uses both MIDI and audio track....

Yes, if you program or change settings on the FCB, these changes should be stored and remembered (even when the FCB is powered off and on).
