so is it possible to get the monome lights to work with ableton yet so that the clip ive triggered is lit up on the corresponding 40h pad?

the light doesn't flash. i've checked the preferences and remote is selected. still nothing.

so i save my map in mapd, and leave it running. ..
then open ableton, click the midimap button, but there seems to be no midi signal coming into ableton so i can assign buttons to specific clips

unfortunately im in uncharted territory here so a more detailed idiots guide would be really helpful.

there is 2 aspect to this that i am really unclear about

1) configuring mapd
so i open mapd, select a column of widgets. . .select radio button

anyone care to offer a step by step guide to getting the buttons on the monome to trigger clips in ableton session view via mapd on a mac. im trying to map the vertical columns on the controller to the vertical columns of clips in ableton.
