I really hope it's not a G3, because I just bought a G2X!

I know my G2X will be obsolete some day, but just a couple of days after it arrives? That's a pretty raw deal.

I'm still a bit new to Live, so please let me know if I just haven't discovered any of these yet.

The G2X is definitely discontinued, according to multiple sources close to Clavia. Perhaps it will be reintroduced later, but I'm not counting on it. The NL3 was also similarly discontinued recently.

The G2 still seems to be in production, though ...

Having tried a few different controllers with Live, I have come to the conclusion that the Nord Modular G2 and G2X are the ultimate keyboard controllers to use with Live. Here's what it includes:

OK, I have been playing with Live 6 for a bit, and I need to have an "aha!" moment. I am a synthesist/keyboardist wanting to use Live ... in a live situation with both software and hardware synths.

I understand the basics of adding MIDI and audio tracks, and setting up MIDI routing, and so forth ...
