I work primarily in Arrangement View when practicing along with MIDI drum tracks.

Each song is its own MIDI clip laid out in order, and each is at its own tempo.

I'd like to assign the tempo to each clip, so they can be easily moved around and reordered without losing tempo automation.

When I export, the file I'm given is considerably slower.
