Live completely unusable due to multiple crashes.

I'm getting the "ADefaultWinSystemExceptionHandler::HandleStageOne" error upon doing any of the following: Saving Exporting Trying to use a Waves plugin Trying to load a several sets It's not consistent, so for example saving doesn't always result in this error but on projects where it does happen i...

Re: Scaling aftertouch

Hadn't really thought of that. You're probably right. M4L is beyond me though =/

It would still be better if the controller had settings for aftertouch IMO though.

Re: Push Secrets - aka tiny tips

I'm not aware of a way to do this directly from Maschine either You can layer samples on the same pad easily from the Maschine hardware. When you are browsing samples, there is an ADD button that lets you add samples to the same pad. You can layer up to 128 samples per pad in Maschine. It's also ea...

Re: Scaling aftertouch

The scaling of aftertouch can't really be done through anything but the midi remote script Push runs on unfortunately. They would have to translate the input values like they do to the pad sensitivity. If you're using a VST or something that supports aftertouch.. it's going use whatever values the h...

Re: Push Secrets - aka tiny tips

Maschine and Push user here... The coolest thing about Maschine is once you make a midi file with automation you can drag the midi file into Live sequencer and the automation comes with it. Okay, and since Live 9 has session automation, all automation is copied any time you copy a clip in live wheth...

Re: Push quality issues, how to adress them, and UI requests.

yeah honestly if you're THAT pissed and will only get more pissed as better batches come out because you were stupid enough to buy a product that was unseen to market, I suggest you return it before you can't. take it as a learning lesson for being unable to roll with a new product and make sure it...

Re: Push quality issues, how to adress them, and UI requests.

All of these are QC issues. Minor issues shouldn't be discounted.. this is a $600 controller we're talking about. I agree with rud that it's quite analogous to buying a TV only to find a number of stuck pixels. No, it won't stop you from using the device.. but it's annoying as hell and it just shoul...

Re: Push quality issues, how to adress them, and UI requests.

would any of you regard these issues as deal-breakers? as in, do you think I should reconsider trying to purchase push now (as i didn't preorder), and wait until the next batch is available? None of the hardware issues will prevent you from using it (besides pad-related issues you may or may not ha...

Re: Push quality issues, how to adress them, and UI requests.

Just got my push. Major issues with the LED calibration. Here is a picture of my Push in session mode filled with white clips. The picture looks a bit more washed out than it does in real life (it's very easy to see the color differences) http://i.imgur.com/fDASwHT.jpg And just so it's really obviou...

Re: Availability

I ordered mine from Guitar Center on December 31st. Still haven't heard anything. As you might imagine I'm rather distressed to hear that people who ordered theirs a month or two after me have already received theirs. If anyone is owed an explanation as to what is going on, I think I would be a cand...

Re: Did anybody pre-order Push from Guitar Center?

I pre-ordered mine on Dec 31st through Guitar Center. I've called them twice now, their sales/CS people are clueless. "It looks like it's going to be available on April 1 sir" - yes, and last week it said "March 25" and the week before that it said "March 18." Really not their fault though, they onl...
