Quality-wise, I've heard it doesn't compare to the MPD24 or padKONTROL. I have a padKONTROL and think it was well worth the price I paid.

Now if you are just looking for 16 trigger buttons it might be worth the cheaper price.

I just started playing with Max/MSP by going over the first ten or so tutorials. While I was doing this, I started messing with Native Mode on my padKONTROL.
