Hi guys, have a small issue with my launchpad in that it doesn't always switch itself on when I open Ableton live. This happens fairly often, and I usually have to open and close ableton 4 or 5 times before the launchpad switches itself on and lights up.

Anyone know the reason for this/ how to ...

Thanks for the reply, but the launchpad is set up as the input and output on the midi ports, I followed all the instructions when I first installed it. It works fine for triggering samples and creating midi tracks in user 1 mode, just not midi mapping.

Any other advice?
