Re: The Clyphx Tricks and Tips Thread
Hi Guys I've been using ClyphX for live 7 then live 8 without any problem, just basic SNAP function triggered by clips in a dedicated midi track for our live set, and it has improved a lot our live abilities since 2 years, turning ableton live into a monster live machine like the machinedrum only to...

Re: Mavericks crashes: anyone else?
Hi, thanks for your answer H2O, I went for information, and my macbook4,1 can only upgrade to Lion (it has the GMA 144mb graphic chipset only 32bits) so I bought a copy of Lion on the apple store, and now waiting for news from them (they advertised for a link to a download in maximum 3 days... WTF?)...

Re: Mavericks crashes: anyone else?
hi guys, perfectly happy with my snow leopard system (live 8), I just purchased Maschine mk2, it needs my mac to be at least on lion to be installed... So I just went on google to read review and opinions about mavericks and found it was not reliable at all... as I can read also here on some threads...

Re: Viewing Ableton Forum on the iPhone
+2 because I speak for me and one friend ^^
And this is not a problem with using little screens ffs, we are now in 2013 guys, lots of people are surfing the web on mobile devices, ableton should jump in the train, unless they definitely decided to stop caring about their users...
Cheers

Re: Harrison Mixbus for $39...
Mixbus is the sweet & cheap solution to live's mixdown workflow and sound, it's a crime not to buy it for this ridiculous price (even the full price remains affordable for this sound quality category!!)

Re: Ableton Launchpad Edition
hi, you need the installer file (on disc or wherever), and the serial number, and the former owner not to have registrated or to ask himself ableton for a licence transfer to you... you can also download live 9 demo, and give it a try for a month ^^ if you decide to buy, check second hand live 8 lic...

Re: The Future... It Ain't What It Used To Be
I was attracted by the thread's title,
I thought it would be about how the future is now imagined in science fiction as compared to older visions of the future,
my bad, It's too late for me to get into politics and I actually can't read your post, sorry ^^

Re: Advanced scene launching
You didn't understand my question (and that of many, many others that want this feature). The workarounds are all awkward, use up valuable screen space, and require one to jump through ridiculous hoops to program many different scenarios that would be ridiculously easy if only we could choose which...

Re: Advanced scene launching
I would not call it an "issue", Live is designed this way, scene triggering triggers all clips in the scene, point. but you got many ways to arrange your session view, to be able to do what you want to do. deleting stop buttons in empty session clip slots is one way, using a trigger pad co...
