Re: nanoKONTROL 2 issues - track focus
Hi guys! Sorry for the delay. I actually got this to work. My brother was able to tweak the MackieControl remote script file that comes with Live 9 to get rid of the track focus. Then I just renamed it "nanoKONTROL2". You can download it from here: http://www.filedropper.com/nanokontrol2 J...

nanoKONTROL 2 issues - track focus
Hey guys, I just set up my new nanoKONTROL 2 with Live 9.6 but I ran into an annoying problem. I'm using the Mackie Control script and everything works fine except for one thing: whenever I move a fader, Live focuses on that track. This becomes a problem when I try to move two faders at the same tim...

Hey rocker101, do you have a firewire audio/midi interface? If so, which one? I haven't bought one yet, because I've heard that the Inspiron 6400s have problems with firewire interfaces.rocker101 wrote:guidold wrote:

This is driving me crazy... The damn thing is supposed to work with the generic windows drivers, meaning that you just plug it in and you are ready to go, without the need of installing specific drivers. There is no driver that Phonic offers... One of the 3 other computers is a Lenovo T60 Thinkpad (...

Re: Problem with Mid Hub...I can't select its inputs anywher
I tried plugging the Midi Hub into all of the 4 different USB ports on my Dell Inspiron 6400 laptop, but the inputs still don't show up. I also know that the USB ports on my laptop are working properly, as I can connect all sorts of devices to them (such as Ipods, cell phones, etc), and they all wo...

Problem with Mid Hub...I can't select its inputs anywhere!
Hi, I have a Phonic MIDI HUB (USB-MIDI interface), and when I connect it to one of the USB ports of my Dell Inspiron 6400 (1,6Ghz Core2Duo, 2Gb RAM, Windows XP, latest drivers and updates for everything, including Sigmatel HD Audio card), a balloon pops up and it says that Windows found new hardware...

Mixer +Audio Interface, Multitrack Recording -> Question
What I want to know is if I hook up a mixer to an input on my audio interface, will I be able to record the mixer's inputs in separate tracks, or will they be all jammed up in one track? Thanks in advance

Studio monitors...?
Hi all, I'm interested in getting some studio monitors, and I'd appreciate some help... I know that eventually it all comes down to me (my ears, more specifically), and how I hear the sound coming from the monitors. I was interested in the following monitors (I haven't had time to try them out yet t...

This might be a dumb question, but did anyone try ASIO4ALL? Something tells me there's no way it'd work, but it's just that kick ass that I had to ask. Yep tried that... Asio4All dis not recognise the my standard inbuilt sound card drivers I had the same problem...no devices were showing on the WDM...

Will this do the job?
Hi, I am getting a Dell Inspiron 6400 laptop soon (1,66 Ghz Core2Duo, 2GB 667Mhz RAM), so I want to get audio hardware for it so I can record at home and also go out and play live with it. I am new to all this audio hardware stuff, and looking around the internet I was thinking of having the followi...

It would be really useful for me if you could give me some advice on what audio hardware I should get... I am getting a Dell Inspiron 6400 Laptop soon (I already ordered it) with the following ma...
