Figured it out. Is there any way to manually enter in breakpoint values? For instance, say I am in arrangement mode and want a breakpoint to dictate a certain tempo change... Is there a way to enter in this value instead of trying to zero in on it with the mouse?

OK, so I just realized it detects the tempo of the first song correctly, but then the next song is warper incorrectly as a result of the timing from the first song. How do i get the temp on each audio track detected and separated from the original tempo?

So, im no stranger to ableton, however this is the first time I have used it like a DJ to do a mix rather than an original composition. I know you can drag and drop from itunes, but how do you deal with tempo issues? Do you try to figure out the tempo before you import the song? I would like to have ...

Render the song in ableton as a wav file and listen to it as is or compress to mp3 format

Figured it out. Just had to create a custom note assignment set in the MPC and make sure no programs were running (which override these settings with their own settings).
