Hello,

one thing behaviour I have noticed that bothers me - within a drum rack, when you expand it in session view and select all tracks, you cannot drag all the faders down at once (unlike when you do this with normal tracks). Do you have any plans to remedy this?

you should be able to drop a scalable lfo shape on any automation lane, snapping to grid/bar division & or loose. including a random/s&h shape that you drop in the bar and it is different each time you drop it.

2 things

#1 you guys need to calm down. also mine is for the most part, running fine.

#2 I thought this thread was going to be rap beats you made in live 8 and I'm disappointed its not.

If I open a set in Live 8, then delete that set from the folder its in on my mac manually, when I move to open a new set in Live it crashes.

I noticed this because I was cleaning house, opening old sets from Live 7, then deciding they were garbage and throwing them out, then moving to the next one ...

Hey I just noticed that the envelopes on the actual operators don't have the slope controls but the filter does? What gives? It would be really handy to have it there too.

Also a delay in ms on the LFO would be great, there is even a space for it in the gui right beside "loop". I would love to have ...

There seems to be a weird issue with the type in the grooves box when I move my program window to certain sizes. The text will overlap.

I'm not using a beta, its a licensed version of live 8.

Using a mac if that matters.

ps this is why I wanted the ability to CHANGE THE COLOUR OF THE WARP MARKERS

such a simple thing to implement, and this would let you for instance make your
huge transition or important drop a RED marker for instance, so it stood out.

I just tried it and I really don't see the problem. I used to do it all by hand:

find the first beat, put a warp marker there
make a four bar loop
scroll through the track, and watch where the beat deviates or shifts away from the loop - see which direction it deviates to the right or the left ...

Operator Presets - Mallets -

African Bars & Distobell both don't make sounds, maybe the filter or filter envelope setting is wrong? I'm not sure what you were going for.

and on the 0-velocity slicing preset, you have loop compress defaulted to 0, not 100%. so you get clicks instead of your full sample. I think this should be mapped the other way, so that when it is 100% compressed you get clicks. As it is, you have 100% compressed (text) = 0 % compressed (behavior)
