The grid color is really my only complaint about the new look of 10. I've been doing some digging into theme customization. The easiest solution to this is what another user already suggested. You must go in and manually set the pads up in Live to be on the MIDI notes Ableton is looking for in the drum rack. This is a long video, but the first 10-20 minutes pretty much sums it up. All living things resonate, and the solfeggio scale based on 432 hz as A follows the golden ratio.
