i have the same problem (w/audio clips only though, midi seems fine) especially w/small clips. it happens quite frequently. I also get the occassional stuttered playback.
i've upped the latency and get the same results w/o plug ins.
if i try and move a small clip w/o stopping playback it's almost ...
