Is there somewhere that I can find out what all the Max4Live effects and instruments are, and how to use them? Some of the packs have lessons, but a lot are just big question marks for me.

I recorded a track using a Kontakt instrument and I was riding the mod wheel for dynamics on the instrument. It recorded those mod wheel moves just fine, but where are they? The automation lane doesn't show any movement at all. I hadn't configured the dynamics in the plugin box of ableton till after...
