Yes reported crash, may have found one solution which is a plugin and is repeatable Time off Audio dime plugins will cause this when inserted on a track.

Ok going back to this I have found a fix, I turned off VST3 in Settings, I never use VST3 only AU in Live and it now works. Very strange. OOOOPS
Scrub that if I turn off all the AU in settings it works after I restart. I don't use VST3 so I don't know if using them helps ?? To reiterate, it starts ...

Mac M4 Studio 15.6. I did numerous tests deleting tracks and plugins by etc to get to the bottom of it and nothing worked. Live 12.2.1 Crashing after Bounce to new track, working fine and then poof. You get the Live has experienced a serious error message. You can reopen session but can't bonce anything to new track without crash from then on. Sent crash log to devs

I got the "plugin damaged" alert yesterday , Gullfoss and Cytomic Drop affected. Re installed both, the new Gullfoss version was an update and fixed it but the Drop vst didn't. Use AU is the answer. Bad move Ableton not to fix this sooner. Don't know how many plugins are affected

If your session has any latency inducing plugins in ( basically most of them in some form or another) the Wavetable LFO, even when set to sync will be out. They are at the same tempo are not in sync. Try any of the rhythmic factory patches. Obviously impossible to play along with anything. If you ...

Not sure if disk utility would make any difference ( version 8 works fine ), not that I am unwilling to give it a go and do ...

I use it all the time to host Kontakt templates. No problems at all and a real innovation in a 32 bit world..

If you run it from your internal computer sound card what happens ? It would eliminate the Novation if it continues.
