Is it possible to stop Ableton Live in Arrange Mode by itself via a MIDI Control Command? (a MIDI Control Command on a MIDI track in the arrangement)

is it possible to let LIVE stop automatically on a defined location (maybe via MTC)? I'm using LIVE in arrange mode.
Any help would be great.

I have got two questions concerning MIDI control:

1.: I would like to start from the current position (and not from the insert marker) via MIDI control.

2.: Is there a possibility to insert automatic stops in the arrange view?
