HI guys just got apc40 and my old launchpad, now I see two loop braces on the screen which is cool, however when I move the apc40 down a scene, the Launchpad doesnt follow? This will make life hard in a live set scenario because ill forget and ill end up playing the wrong scene ?

You can and Mr. Henke has a device on the Monolake site for just what you're describing.

I'm not sure what the problem is about sending MIDI note out to the Launchpad though. Or any device with lights that respond to notes.
Any chance you can send me the link to where this software is on his site ...

I did finally get it working ! However it used up one of the buttons down the side (launch scene) so Im unable to use that scene at all??

The max floating window sounds great thats more of what Im after really because I need all the 8x8 grid for my tracks..

MIDI track with the MIDI out to Launchpad, start putting notes in there and seeing where they flash, keep in mind that different velocities trigger different colors!

it's not that difficult, just involves some poking around.. then you need to make a MIDI track in your sets that runs that clip the ...

Yeah I've got a launchpad. How would u set that up?

ANyone know if there is a vst out that opens as a window and counts down bars and beats? I know there is one in live under each track, but its way too small and I cant see it properly on my laptop when I do live performances.

You know how theres the circles under each track that count the bars down? Well are you able to make that detachable and re-sizable so I can use it for live performances so I can see where Im at in the track ?? Is there any software vst that do this already??
