haven't seen the video, but really couldn't you just pop off all the keys in the vicinity of the ones you want to use and assign them to session slots? that way when you stomp (or lightly step, rather) you'd only hit that key and so launch your clip?

keeps my temps around 50c and gives me an extra usb port to boot (the unit takes up 2)

hey, I'm having the exact same problem. I can hear my combi play as I record, but when I go to play it back via the midi I've recorded in live, I mostly hear nothing, every once in a while a note. I've noticed that if the reason input track is set to auto for monitoring, it *seems* to play just fine ...

I say that's a wicked idea. except i'm in Prince George now

Hey. New guy here. Been fooling around with Reason for a while and just got Live... wow. Mostly just a bass player but I'm trying to learn everything now

Is this meet still in the cards? I'd love to do it and know a few other interested peoples.
