Recording Midi from the Novation Launchpad StepSEQ
A friend turned me onto this he will record the output from the StepSEQ by opening another audio track, selecting resampling from the Audio From assignment in the track and recording the output - this is great as it basically records everything your doing with effects and drums if you want too. You ...

Re: mac wave editor
I agree on waiting for Wavelab. I moved from the PC to Mac this year and have tried loads of wave editors and cannot say I like any of them. I'd love to see Sound Forge on the Mac... but Wavelab is a close second for me. http://www.steinberg.net/en/products/audioediting_product/wavelab7_preview0.htm...

Re: Crysonic No-brainer
I emailed my request for SPECTRALIVE NXT V3.5
As previously mentioned SpectraPhy LE - Physics Based all-purpose Limiter crashes when used AU but seems to work fine VST on Mac OSX with Ableton Live 8.11
cheers

Re: Crysonic No-brainer
I've sent them an email. I hope they can fix it Steve lol. Ive sent them emails asking them to fix bugs that was causing Live [7 in my case] to crash and just generally go mental. They chose to ignore said emails. However, a .n update has come out recently - consisting of mostly GUI update "oo...

Re: PLEASE....a CLOCK!
+1 I wondered why every midi part in the arrangement had a start time begining at bar one even if your midi part started at say bar 64 when you edited it.This is fine for the session view but not for the arrangement view. I asked Ableton about it when I was using Live 7 but at the time it was somet...

Re: ACID - x0xb0x - midi clip recording errors...
Well the outpouring of responses makes me wonder if this is feasible. As an alternative I set the x0xb0x go receive midi clock from Ableton as the master and was able to achieve midi recording of the data stream from the x0xb0x and with a 13ms track compensation I was able to make it pretty tight. I...

ACID - x0xb0x - midi clip recording errors...
Hi folks. I hope someone out there can offer up a suggestion to fix my problem. I love working on the x0xb0x to program baseliness/synth sequences. I would like to capture the midi output unaltered into Ableton Live 8. I have tried making Ableton a slave by selecting it from the download or hitting...
