I'm trying to set it up as a control surface, I just want to play the instruments inside ableton and record them.

Does this come with all the instruments? Because it says fully funcional for 14 days, but I can't sellect any of the instruments as they are not there, so it's not fully functional is it?

After I have recorded the little knob changes are recorded, but after I use it again, they are reset. The little box is beside the knobs, so why doesn't it move? How do I unreset it?

The .dll is fine I think because I changed it to and older one and Reason didn't run, so I changed it back. I can run Reason as a Slave to Cubase, but I would like to run rebirth as a slave to Reason.

The same thing happens with cubase. After I load cubase, I can't load rebirth. I need the drums from rebirth, someone please help me.

After I load Ableton Live, I try to load rebirth, and it doesn't load.
Any ideas why?

I use reason for drums and sequencing, and live for vsts. Right now I'm using a p4 1.6 with 382 ram. The mac has 640 ram and it's 900 mghz, but it's a g3. I just want a laptop so I can take my music with me. I just don't want to buy windows based laptops. Might as well make the jump to apple.

Can you run Ableton Live 6 on a 900 mghz G3 along with reason?
