Re: Any way to light up all Push 1 buttons on an audio track?
OK, great, yes Push 1 I'm not seeing the Tap Tempo,New, Duplicate, Stop, Mute, Solo buttons lit.To be honest Ive got used to the blank buttons now! Also I find that set that is saved with Muted Channels - when the set is re-reopened they are unmuted. It's quite tricky for me to remember a mix if I s...

Re: Any way to light up all Push 1 buttons on an audio track?
I think it's great being able to deactivate individual clips, you can experiment more without muting the whole channel.
Doesn't sound like you need it.but If you are interested I would just buy it, $6 you can't go wrong really

Re: Any way to light up all Push 1 buttons on an audio track?
Well here's the manual below - I can't find any of these commands in the PXT Live PDFs apart from the record button (which requires shift) - can it insert markers and jump between them for playback and activate/deactivate clips in the timeline? (Just to pick a couple of examples). https://docs.googl...

Re: Any way to light up all Push 1 buttons on an audio track?
Thanks for your your thoughts, I only really need to be able to do what is available through the Push-arrange max4live device,I love it's simplicity, it really does seem geared towards just track recording, zooming, deactivating etc I looked at PXT live and it doesn't seem to be able to do a lot of t...

Re: Any way to light up all Push 1 buttons on an audio track?
Good point, of course I shouldn't have mentioned genre, it confused the issue, but considering its lack of functionality for audio tracks in the arrange view to the extent I need a third party device to make it work then is it not fair to say it's intended purpose differs from how I am now using it?...

Re: Any way to light up all Push 1 buttons on an audio track?
It's just occurred to me that maybe I should just ask the guy that made it! But thanks anyway - I'll remember them after a time, there aren't many, just thought it would be nice to see things like Mute and Solo lit up etc. I'm not sure what PXT does but this has some great things for Arrange view; r...

Any way to light up all Push 1 buttons on an audio track?
I am using Push 1 in Arrange View (with this:http://www.maxforlive.com/library/devic ... rrangemode) to write songs and never use midi.
The m4l device uses all the buttons but doesn't light them up and I keep forgetting which is which!
thanks
J

Re: Audio tracks varying cpu usage with no plugs
Yes, of course, completely unnecessary, I forget it's on thats the problem - I've turned it off now thanks Tarekith.
They were all the on same though, I don't really understand the discrepancy - could a busier waveform affect cpu?

Audio tracks varying cpu usage with no plugs
Hi
Has anybody any ideas as to why one audio track might use more CPU than another when no effects are present?
I just deleted one and saved 6% and deleted another which saved 1%.
thanks
