Yes I have 1.1 - I wonder if there is a problem with my unit.

I think it's great being able to deactivate individual clips, you can experiment more without muting the whole channel.

Doesn't sound like you need it.but If you are interested I would just buy it, $6 you can't go wrong really

Good point, of course I shouldn't have mentioned genre, it confused the issue, but considering its lack of functionality for audio tracks in the arrange view to the extent I need a third party device to make it work then is it not fair to say it's intended purpose differs from how I am now using it?...

I am using Push 1 in Arrange View (with this:http://www.maxforlive.com/library/devic ... rrangemode) to write songs and never use midi.
The m4l device uses all the buttons but doesn't light them up and I keep forgetting which is which!

They were all the on same though, I don't really understand the discrepancy - could a busier waveform affect cpu?

Has anybody any ideas as to why one audio track might use more CPU than another when no effects are present?

I just deleted one and saved 6% and deleted another which saved 1%.
