HA! nice...i hope to do some smooth insertion later on....i'm hoping to do that shortly after i get this number thingy cleared up.

I currently have Live 6 installed on an imac g5. the trial period has ended and i have a legit serial for it now. How do I smoothly make the switch to insert my number?

the app works almost fine now. even though Live is reading from the folder that all the vsts are in, it's only reading two. not my Legacy bundle.
they're appearing in the window as AUs not VSTs

i can't seem to find the preferences folder.

I try to open the app, the splash screen comes up. it shows the progress in the bottom left corner. but then it freezes and stops responding when it comes to "scanning custom vsts"
i'm using an iMac g5 with the latest Mac OSX. 10.5.4
also. when it was working yesterday, certain plugins didn't show ...

how does one disable the mod wheel on an ms-20 midi controller?

is there a way to stop this? also, my knobs on my padkontrol don't work in Live...they do in all my other programs, just not live....any suggewstions?

ahh yes...of course...ok...so...anyone have any suggestions as what to use for drums then?

So, I'm working with Drum Machines in Live 7...only, i'm not getting any drums...instead, i'm getting an empty ableton folder where the drum machines/racks should be. I unlocked Drum Machines in my preferences, but i'm still getting nothing. In the manual it says I have to install them separately ...

ok...i downloaded the torrent...i burned it to cd....then i unpacked the iso file using Winrar...THEN burned it again...and i tried a third way to do it but alas...i have the icons on my desktop, but i'm not able to open it

so...i burned the iso file immediately after azureus...THEN...i unpacked it ...

I downloaded ReBirth from the rebirthmuseum online. i followed the directions but can't get it to work...anyone have any insight?

does anyone know if it's possible, and if so how, to get Kaoss Pad effects into the PadKontrol?

just got home and monkeyed with the volume automation for gating synths and whatnot...it works like a charm...it's pretty much exactly what i was looking for...thanks
