When you say VST folder...Do you mean that there is a special type of folder that you hold VST's in...or do you just mean a regular folder that my VST's are in.

Because I have a folder located in the Albeton folder that is just a normal folder.

(I hope that made sense)

I should have given more information.
I have a PC not a Mac.
I have a folder that they are all in...but it doesn't recognize them as plugins. So it won't let me open them...

I can't figure out to use some plugins that I got.

Can somebody PLEASE help me with using them on Ableton!

I tried for a while I just didn't know what settings to put on the midi in thing. What drivers do you need. The keystation is class compliant so it's supposed to be plug and play but I can't figure out how since it is not in the list of preprogrammed midi controllers. Sorry to ask such a "stupi...

How do I setup my Keystation 49e to Ableton?
It's not on the list of midi controllers and I can't figure out how to do it.
I've got a PC in case anyone needs to know.

If I get a USB microphone, can I plug it into Ableton?
I want to play my instrument through the mic to add effects to the instrument and maybe record other sounds.

Would that work?
