sorry to be a nuisance but id really liek to know wots goin wrong, can anyone help?

everytime i record soemthing in ableton the audio is warped, it is ableton that is the problem i tested it, i found that even if i just record the metronome on live and then play it back with metronome going the 2 don't stay in sync and one is faster than the other


it makes it hard to record ...
