No IAC or ReWire on Mac Book Pro after Liine Lemur install?

Basically I installed Liine's virtual MIDI application to run Lemur. It removed the IAC ports AND my ability to rewire MIDI to Reason into Live8.2.7 (and previously 8.2.6) on my Mac Book Pro running 10.6.8. Now if I do plug in a controller, all ports for that specific controller are seen. It is ...

I've been on the virge of jumping into pd/max style
stuff for a long time. This helped clarify a few things.

thanks, tried that though and just distrubuted each sound back over
the entire key range.

Ah well. guess it's 3rd party to make the library for now.

easy way to create drum kits in Sampler?

Is there a way to quickly map a large number of samples in sampler?
Other programs will put a large number of samples to individual single key
and I'd like to do the same within Sampler.When i bring in
30 samples it seems i'm stuck having to drag each to it's own key.
Easy but tedious.
