I don't get it. Record footswitch is supposed to do the same thing as record button on Push and it does not at all.

I try to use AbletonPush like a jamman but with clips. Free clips, no signature. Ant it works with standard record button.

But with a footswitch, it does not. It always waits for the ...

The only way is to rename your scenes with for example "T5/4" for 5/4 signature. The global time signature changes for each scene with a "TX/Y".
For a live performance, this can be useful.

I see no option to do this "globally" with only Push.

Can't figure out how to do this. This is not an APC40, we should do this without keyboard/mouse. Push is a live performance controller from scratch. Is this bullshit? Please Ableton !

1/ select an empty clip.

My needs was to find a way to record something in live, without my hands, anywhere on the session view. No need to remove stop buttons. No need to launch the entire scene. And if you haven't noticed yet, you can't select an empty clip in live without launching the record ...
