These issues were posted in beta testing but ableton failed to reply properly and didn't even consider handling it.

It is more stable then any version so far.
Actually very FEW topics on the Beta forum are about stability.
If there is a stability issue, they are mostly concerning one persons specific setup, but really nothing general or applicable to more persons.

I have posted a clear description of a similar problem on the akai pro community forum, and respons came i had to call akai support. After that call i was suggested to bring my apc back to my local dealer.. My apc is now sent to akai to investigate further, as it is still under warranty..

Does it work in live 9 also?

If the noise is really constant, like an AC hum:

Track 1: your audio with noise
Track 2: a clip with only noise, add a utility and reverse the phase
Send both tracks to the same track, e.g. master, and the noise from track 2 should be subtracted from the audio.
