You need to setup latency compensation. There's a tutorial in live for that. Go over the tutorial step by step and adjust your latency compensation number in preferences. Make sure you set monitoring to off on the audio tracks you are recording the MPC. This way Live will sync your newly recorded MP...

To me Live 6 is the best audio editor ever. Is there anything specifically in Live you're having trouble with? I might be able to help.
