Hey everyone,
Cant seem to find this anywhere so im asking here....

If i hit the up or down arrow keys on my computer keyboard to adjust the mixer faders, how many db is it adjusting by for each increment?

just tried it on a 64bit beta version of live and it sent from 17% (new project, nothing added, still a strange reading) then it jumps to 98-99% cpu just by loading 1 default magnetic!!!!!


What is going on????

ok, say i open a new project so its completely empty...
then i load up magnetic on a return track ready to start my project.
the cpu jumps up to 47%
magnetic is in its default setting, processor on 1x

so i reinstalled dub machines and im still having massive issues! i am running it with 6.1.9 in 32 bit live 9.1.7 and if i load only magnetic and nothing else i get 45-47% CPU used. ive tried it all even having 1 empty audio track and magnetic on the master with no returns, absolute minimum and i st...

im having massive cpu problems with dub machines! im running live 9.1.7 32bit and max 7 or even 6.1.9 on mavericks 10.9.5 macbook pro late 2011 16gig ram and a 2.2 GHz i7 processor i load up magnetic and it hits 43% or more cpu on 1x processing speed, if i go to 4x processing speed it hits 60%+ cpu....

So to set it out, I use my push daily and love it, always finding new ways to use it, but come on, we all know there a a few things Ableton really left out and should be attended too. Just simple work flow things. I don't care for crazy additions but of course they a r...

Ableton has to bring us some sort of update.

I like what ableton have done with the disco skin but it's too close to bigwig colour scheme and I guess I don't like the colours chosen, the max for live essential devices colour scheme for me looks more ableton like and would suit it better as a dark skin option. I'm really impatient to get a skin...
