I already have Live 8 (and will get 9 for free) installed on my desktop. It's really a question of whether it's worth spending any money on this old laptop or not. Can put an extra 1Gb of RAM and a bigger HD in it.. but if it's not going to run Live 8 anyway there's no point for me.

I have just rebuilt my old laptop with a fresh windows installation but can't install Live 8 on it. (The installer just hangs, probably because I don't have enough memory- 1Gb). I have contacted support but want to ask here as well...
Does anybody have a copy of the Live 5 installation ...

Must be some people here who use Reason & Live together via rewire - anyone have the same issue?

I'm sure it used to sync up properly with previous versions of Live.

I'm using Reason 6.5 and Live 8.3.

When I record individual parts from Reason onto clips in Live, they are slightly out of sync.

ie - I record a straight 4/4 kick pattern, or even just Reason's metronome, via rewire into a clip on Live's session view. When I look at the clip, the start of each ...
