Re: Understanding Push's button color codes

Could you use 'dict' or something similar to create a library in the order you want? It would mean going through all the values for Push manually, but would only need doing once.

Re: Push Pong

@TomViolenz some nice ideas, I will work on some for the update, not sure about the touch encoder to turn cells on/off purely because of how I always accidentally touch encoders when using Push (maybe it's just me) which would generate a new cells, so as a safety precaution for live use I went with ...

Re: Push Pong

@ tedlogan thanks for trying it out, interesting about the deleting Push Pong, I have made it so that when turning the device off, normal Push operation is resumed, but if deleting the device whilst it is still turned on, it would be a little odd, and not resume normal behaviour, I tried it on lots ...

Re: Push Pong

@Timbeaux the code/patching is all there, not locked away or anything like that... go for it, I would love to see some remixes of it :D

Re: Push Pong

Hi @TomViolenz, no it doesn't take over user mode, I too use PXT, it's awesome. It temporarily takes over Push, only when that track is selected, and if in note mode, everything else works as normal i.e. switching to session mode, other tracks etc.

Re: Push Pong

Hey @slicedbread, yes Otomata was kind of the inspiration for it, I did toy with the idea of doing something clever when the notes change direction to compensate for the missing step (8 rather than 9) but felt it would detract from the beauty of the ping pong effect, I agree it could work well if us...

Push Pong

Hi there, I've made a special little generative sequencer especially for Push, will be releasing the device soon, hopefully this week.

You will be able to use it with any instruments you like :)

Push Touch Strip Modes

Hey, am trying to control the touch strip modes on Push via Max for Live, used to be able to control the TouchStripElement via it's control number until the update/firmware. Used to be able to send it a set mode with an int which would change it from pitch bend with the 2 dots in the middle to vloum...

Re: Push developer kit: M4L devices for Push!

Hey, anyone here know how to access/change the modes of the Push Touchstrip? I know there were some changes since 9.1 and the firmware update. There used to be a function ‘set_modes’ 0 – 4 which was sent to the control, but it’s not in the list now. Have figured out how to release the control and re...
