Looking for feedback on mix clarity

I am pretty close to finishing this track, and am trying to perfect the mix before I move onto the mastering stage. Any feedback from fresh ears appreciated.

I left a ton of headroom, so be careful turning your headphones/ speakers up and then playing something after!

Re: does the mix on my track sound commercial quality?

Yep, claps are weak to my ear.

Also, the vocal in the first 45 seconds or so seems like it could use more presence - EQ boost in the 2 - 6 kHz range - see what sounds best?

Finally, it could use more width. There's a bit of width in the last section, but still not enough IMO. There are numerous ...

does the mix on my track sound commercial quality?

I am trying to make a pretty straightforward pop song, and am torn on the mix right now. I don't want to settle for less than commercial quality on it. Can't tell if it's right or not, but also can't put my finger on it.

Thanks for any help!

looking for mix feedback

Rough draft of a mix I'm working on. Really happy with the instrumental mix, but I think the vocals sound weak. When I make them louder it doesn't help. Also I am not sure if my little "bitch" "shit" "nigga" shout outs are balanced right, or if I made them jump out a bit too much.. panning comments ...

Re: not promoting my track, just want mix quality feedback!

16 views and NO feedback!?

People are lazy around here!

Quality sounds good, nice dynamic range, clean sounds etc

I'd comment that the sound is very computer made, so if thats what you're going for I'd say good stuff

I can see it sounding a little less "commercial bed"esque with the right ...

not promoting my track, just want mix quality feedback!

This is the beginning of my new funky track. Eventually gonna add some MJ esque vocals over the top. Looking for critiques on the mix quality. How does this sound on your system?

Definitely going for a lo-fi feel. Did I go overboard?

maybe try a multiband limiter in place of any compression on your master to squash that distortion
You think the guitar in the left ear is too harsh?

Re: Made a track in the style of my favorite french house music

Cool! Loving the intro :D The whole track is really unique which is awesome. Only one slight thing to improve on would be your mix. It gets quite muddy around 1:40 where that distorted instrument comes in.. Maybe tweak the eq on some of the tracks a bit? ;) But apart from that, I dig it! Keep it up ...

Let me know if you dig it! Or if it needs improvements. Besides for the lack of bass. I know about that.. will fix on my next track.
