BTW....I just wanted to tell you the sample flip from something else and back to my current setting worked! So thank you! It's funny this happened to me many years ago but sometimes its hard to remember all of the little fixes. So again thx so much for your reply!!!!

Hey! I've been digging through the forum here trying to find a solution to the same problem you just stated above. It's so hard to describe (like you said). So much so it also makes it twice as hard to search here. I just upgraded to 10.6.2 Snow Leopard on my Macbook Pro and I now have the same prob...

Ya, I have an older G5 iMac at home and tried the very first version of 10.5 and man, what a pain in the ass! I ended up going back to 10.4.11 and have been waiting for this 3rd fix before putting it on my Intel MacBook Pro.

Just wondering how Ableton 7 & the latest OSX 10.5.3 are working together?
I'm still running 10.4.11
