Why when I record a new audio clip into a new track in arrangement view is it called 1-Audio 1, and the second time I record it ALSO called 1-Audio 1? This doesn't make sense. It only starts calling it 1-Audio 2 on the THIRD pass. Is this some bug?

In Live 10, under "Drums" in the browser, all of the preset kits show up, but under instruments>drum rack there is one category "vintage" and 3 kits within it. Shouldn't all my preset kits show up here? Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you Its same for me, but in folder...
