Yeah, I know we have Spectrum Analyzer, but it would be cool to have it overlaying on the EQ graph so it's easier to see what's happening...

Logic's EQ has a real-time frequency analyzer (post or pre EQ). It's superimposed on the EQ graph... which is SUPER handy.

Is there anything out there like this for Live?

that I'm not sure....but that would be sort of stupid if I couldnt sell just the upgrade and keep access to my full Live 6....
