HI.
1. Ableton plays my Ivory American Concert Grand D presets (Jarrett Hall) just fine - but it doesn't record them.
Can't find the parameters to tell it to do that.
Any pointers?
2. Also, it doesn't record the sustain pedal. Can't find that option either.
3. And.. the note cuts off after 7 ...

I think your problem may be resources.
I upgraded my MacBook Pro to a Hybrid 750 GB Seagate Momentum Hard drive with 7200 rpm and an SSD partition - hence rat fast with 600mbs. And 3GB of Ram. No probs at all. Using Live 8 though. The other alternative could be a bug in 8.1. Not sure about that ...
